Usually we offer our customer the samples for FREE while our customers bear the express charge 

A. If you have DHL/UPS/TNT etc Collect Account, please advise your account number so that we can make express cost Collect at your end.

B. If you do not have Collect Account, you can transfer express cost by Western Union. We’ll send out the samples with shipping cost Prepaid. The express charge will be calculated based on your address and weight, which normally from USD30 to USD100.

It depends on the items you need. Usually any order quantity is ok for us. So please feel free to tell us the items you need and order quantity accordingly.

1) Films between each mosaic tile sheet

2) Certain sheets in a strong export carton, like 11 sheets, 20 sheets etc, 

3) Certain cartons in a pallet, like 60 ctns, 70 ctns etc. The pallet is made of plywood instead of wood, so not necessary for fumigation

4) Some special products may have particular packaging

5) Custom packaging ways are welcome

We arrange production upon receiving your deposit payment.

For the producing lead time, it depends on the quantity. 3-7 days for sample orders, 7-15 days for normal orders, 15-25 days for huge quantity orders

For Shipment time, it depends on your destination port.

TT, Western Union, L/C etc. Special payment term will be available base on negotiation under different situation.

Most of our customers use Western Union for sample orders and TT transfer (30% TT in advance, 70% balance before loading) for formal orders.
